Dianna is a longstanding equality advocate, and she has been very vocal about her support for animal welfare, refugees and LGBT rights. Here we’ll regularly put spotlight on one or more of the projects she has participated in, and the causes she supports.
UNHCR
UNHCR, or the UN Refugee Agency, is a United Nations programme with the mandate to protect refugees, forcibly displaced communities and stateless people, and assist in their voluntary repatriation, local integration or resettlement to a third country.

2010: OP Campaigns
Back in 2010, Dianna participated in the OP’s spring “Rock Your Shine” and Fall “Back to College” multi-media marketing campaigns together with actress Jessica Szohr of the CW’s Gossip Girl, R&B singer Cassie, actor Trevor Donovan of the CW’s 90210 and her Glee co-star Cory Monteith. They were photographed on the famed UCLA campus at a dorm movie night, hanging out on campus and in the hallway between classes. In the ads, the group were all in shine-infused looks from the Op line, available only at Walmart. Chief Marketing Officer of Iconix Brand Group (which produced the collection) Dari Marder said: “The cast had a blast, since some of them were already great friends, and even co-stars. The rest made lifelong friends after a long, fun day on set.”

2012: Nintendo 3DS
In 2012, Dianna did a couple of TV adverts for Nintendo 3DS‘ video games “Art Academy” and “Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask“, as a part of their “Play as your are” campaign. She was joined by her brother Jason for the second commercial! It was announced early fall that Nintendo would launch the “Play As You Are” campaign on October 1st 2012, and that they would feature a string of female-oriented adverts. Other stars featured in their campaign were Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland, and gold medal gymnast Gabrielle Douglas.
